These include meeting and study areas, as well as games rooms that will help you enjoy your revision and relaxation equally in the company of friends. Additionally, gym facilities with modern equipment are available for the use of all Pacific Court residents, helping you keep fit, however hectic your university or work schedule might become throughout your time in Hull. A set of eleven Deluxe en suite rooms on the ground floor of House Four. Deluxe rooms are furnished with a double bed, study area and a wall mounted TV, as well as a walk in shower, wash basin and toilet in an en suite bathroom. Internet access and adjustable heating are provided at no extra cost. This flat enjoys a communal kitchen with an oven and hobs, fridge and freezer, microwave and kettle. A large dining table and chairs provides a place to enjoy meals with flatmates and another TV means you can spend the evening unwinding together.

This property does not require a joint tenancy agreement. This means that the rooms in this property can be let by individual students.
